However, all use of the mobile app must be consistent with the general purpose of the mobile app, which is to provide information about minivans and logistics and to facilitate the booking of minivans for logistics purposes.
By using the mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the mobile app.
We may change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on the mobile app. If you continue to use the mobile app after the Terms & Conditions have been changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
To book a minivan, you must create an account on the mobile app. You will need to provide your name, email address, and phone number. You will also need to create a password.
Once you have created an account, you can search for minivans that are available for booking. You can filter your search by location, date, and time.
When you find a minivan that you want to book, you will need to provide your payment information. You can pay for your booking using a credit card or PayPal.
The mobile app provides information about logistics, including but not limited to the following:
You may communicate with other users of the mobile app through the mobile app’s messaging feature. You should use the messaging feature in a respectful and professional manner.
You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the mobile app:
If you engage in any of the prohibited activities, we may suspend or terminate your account and take other legal action against you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the mobile app.
The mobile app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the mobile app, including but not limited to the following:
In no event will we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the mobile app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the mobile app. These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions will not be considered a waiver of such provision.
