Refund Policy

Keren Edge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. offers a 100% refund on all bookings made through the Golo mobile app, up to 1 minute after the booking is made. If you cancel your booking within 1 minute of the booking, you will be eligible for a full refund.

There are a few exceptions to the refund policy:

• If the minivan is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• If you cancel your booking for a reason that is beyond your control, such as a medical emergency, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

**Exceptions**

• Bookings that are made within 1 minute of the start of the booking.
• Bookings that are cancelled for a reason that is within your control, such as a change of plans.
• Bookings that are cancelled for a reason that is not covered by the exceptions listed above.
